Building C Security Plan I { t r--
Gentlemen:
Mr. McCorkle's letter dated September 17, 1980 provided approval of the reference plan which addresses Smi of Low Strategic Significance. The plan is to become effective on October 22, 1980 which is thirty (30) days after receipt of the approval letter.
Delivery of certain elements of hardware associated with our alarm systems and electric locks have been delayed. The latest delivery date of October 13, 1980 was not met.
If these items are delivered today we would not be able to complete installation and testing by October 22, 1980.
I therefor request that the Lynchburg Research Center be granted a thirty [
(30) day extension of the implementation date of this plan.
