For import shipment of 350 grams or more of uranium 235 contained ir, uranium enriched in the uranium 235 isotope 20% or above, the licensee shall promptly notify the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region II, by telephone, telegram or teletype, upon receiving notification that an import shipment has entered the country, giving the date that the import entered and the estimated time of arrival at the stated destination.

The licensee shall. notify the appropriate regional Office of Inspection and Enforcement, of the anticipated time of arrival at the port of entry at least 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br /> prior to any import shipment authorized by~.this license.

This license authorizes import only and does not authorize the receipt, physical possession, or use of the nuclear material.
