This refers to Amendment No. 23 to Facility Operating License No. CPR-34 which was issued on March 16, 1981. This amendment contained scme incorrect re ferences. Please make the following pen and ink corrections to Amendment No. 23. Paragraphs 2.D.(3) and 2.0.(4) of page 2 of Amendment No. 23 should be corrected to Paragraphs 2.0.(4) and 2.D.(5).
In addition, the original operating license issued on December 21, 1973 should have a pen and ink correction T.ade to page 5 of the License.
Paragraph 4 of the license should be changed to paragraph 3.
