Dear Mr. Davis:
On January 23,197o, Exxon Nuclear Co:pany, Tnc. submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Co--ission an application (assigced Docu:ent No. 50-564) for a license to construct and operate the Nuclear Fuel Recovery and Recycling Center (the "NFRRC").
Subsequently, on Dece ber 23, 1977, the Cor=ission decided to ter=inate the GISMO proceeding and the proceedings on pending or future plutonium recycle-related license applications, which included the NFRRC.
Exxon Nuclear sus =itted four (4) proprietary docu=ents in conjunction with our license applicatica as follows:
