We have received a copy of your application dated September 16, 1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application (filed as Proposed Change No.170) proposed several changes to the Yankee-Rowe Technical Specifications in response to an ONRR letter dated July 2, 1980 on Lessons Learned Category "A" items. A Class III fee of $4,000 was remitted with your application under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their review of the application, it has been determined that this application involves consideration of several separate safety issues. As such, it qualifies for a Class IV fee of $12,300. Therefore, it is requested that your company remit an additional sum of $8.300 to this office.
