.er operation (at 2393 MWt) on 10-8-80, notification was received from the AE that the drywell equip-ment drain sump to raduaste discharge piping was not seismic beyond the isolation valve.

This was determined by computer reanalysis of the piping following surveillance walkdown per IEB 79-14.

There fo re,

outboard containment isolation valve 2Gil-F020 was not scismically supported such that primary containment integrity could have been degraded by an earth-quake.

This is a nonrepetitive event, and there was no effect upon public health or safety as a result of this event.

The cause of the piping not being scismic was that anchor 2G11-RAD-A91 was not in the original design location.

This appears to be the result of installation error.

Corrective action has bcon the modification of anchor 2Gll-RAD-A91, replacement of hanger 2G11-rad-l!90 with hanger 2Gll-RAD-R701, and the installation of now hanger 2 Gil-R A D-flR7 0 0.

These modifications were implemented under DCR 80-394.

The unit is now in full compliance with the requirements, and.

no further reporting is required.
