As I orally advised either yee or your secretary yester-day afternoon, the Appeal Board will conduct c telephone con-ference with the parties at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 1981.
The conference call will be initiated by the Board itself.
Its primary purpose will be to discuss the March 11 request of the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution fcr permission to contact cnd consult with Dr. Trifunac.
The Board is not now aware of any other matters pertaining to the upcoming evidentiary hearing which might require its consider-ation at this time.
Should there be any such matters, however, the Board will provide an opportunity to counsel to raise them during the conference.
Absent prior notice to the contrary, the Board will assume that each of you will be participating in the conference on g
