The staff functions of the Region IV, Inspection and Enforcement, were reassigned effective February 27, 1981.
In the past, W. C. Seidle, Chief, Reactor Construc-tion and Engineering Support Branch, has been our principal contact and recipient of correspondence relating to reactor construction activities.
For the future, G. L. Madsen, Chief,~ Reactor Projects Branch, has been designated as the princi-pal contact for the Region IV Office for matters relating to reactor construction and operation activitics. Hence, Mr. Madsen should be the prime contact and recipient of correspondence for Region IV relating to your reactor facility activi ties. Responses to letters from the Regional Director or other Branch Chiefs in Region IV should be addressed to the author of the originating correspondence.
