On February 15, 1981, at 0055 hours6.365741e-4 days <br />0.0153 hours <br />9.093915e-5 weeks <br />2.09275e-5 months <br />, Unit 1 power was reduced to 280 MWe for turbine stop valve testing.
Af ter successful completion of turbine stop valve testing, Unit 1 was restored to its previous power level of 390 MWe at 0300 hours0.00347 days <br />0.0833 hours <br />4.960317e-4 weeks <br />1.1415e-4 months <br /> that same day.
On January 13, 1981, while reviewing the control room emergency filtration system's annual test results from April of 1980 for a control room habitability study, it was dis-covered that the 1980 annual test was not complete as it did not meet the testing requirements of Technical Specification 15.4.11.
This led to a degraded mode of operation allowed by the Technical Specifications.
The subject system was retested on January 14, 1981, and found to be operating satisfactorily with no degradation of system performance evident.
This occurrence was filed on February 4, 1991, under Licensee Event Report No. 81-002/03L-0.
Safe ty related maintenance for this period included replacement of reactor trip relay 1RT-2A.
