Reference is made to your letter of January 23, 1981 transmitting revisions to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan. Our review indicates that a few additional revisions are necessary for us to find the Plan acceptable. The changes we consider appropriate are discussed in the enclosure to tilis letter.
Your response within 30 days of receipt of this letter would be appreciated so we may close out this issue.
