We have received a copy of your request dated February 17,1931, for an extension of the completion schedules of 10 CFR 50.48(d), which was filec with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This request relates to your Dresden Unit No. 1 fire protection modifica icns.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 are applicable to this request, but were not remitted tc us.
Based on the information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a review of your request, it has been determined that the review was administrative in nature. Therefore, a Class II fee of 51,200 is appropriate and snould be remitted to this office as soon as possible.
