Brasher and Richard Dubiel regarding CLI-80-5 Issue (4), Sholly Contention 14 (c) and related Licensing Board questions on the subject of health physics.
Dr. Knief and Mr. Dubiel have previously appeared as witnesses; the qualifications statements of Messrs. Heward, Potts and Brasher are enclosed.

Little March 4, 1981 Page Two In response to the Board's interest in some of the items identified by the NRC health physics evaluation and reported in Appendix B to NUREG 0680, the testimony describes the general areas of concern to the NRC and attaches excerpts from Licensee's responses to the NRC concerns.
As an aid to the Board and parties in matching the corresponding Licensee responses to the NRC items identified by the Board from Appendix B to NURIG 0680, I am enclosing a table which relates the Appendix B item numbers identified by the Board to the corresponding item numbers used in Licensee's responses to the NRC which appear in Attach-ment 2 to the testimony.
In addition to the witness panel members who are sponsoring the testimony, Licensee plans to have available at the time this testimony is presented, Mr. Murray Miles of BETA and a health physics instructor to respond to any additional questions by the Board.
