Dear Sir:
Your December letter, referenced above, requested that Florida Power Corporation perform certain interim actions and that additional information regarding load handling be provided the Staff by various deadlines.
It was necessary that Florida Power Corporation perform much of this work via contract (s) with qualified consul-tant (s). Due to the scope and need for accuracy, we are unable to meet the schedule requested by your letters. We propose the following schedule:

This schedule represents a continued high priority being given this area by Florida Power Corporation.
