Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-1 of ' License SNM-7 was amended on December 22, 1980, by adding Section 12 - Physical Protection Requirements For Special Nuclear Material Of Moderate Or Low Strategic Significance.

The amendment was issued in response to your May 22, 1980 application for amendment.

An amendment fee of $6,900 was paid for approval of the plan.

In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review cost is $570.

We have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund

$6,330 to your Coapany.
