ACCEPTANCE REVIEW OF LIERICK APPLICATION

Memorandum dated April 21, 1981 from G. D. Calkins to R. L. Tedesco The mference memorandian is a misrepresentation of AEB's ir.volvement in the Acceptance Review of the Limerick Environmental Report.
It is irrelevant to say that AEB did not consider the PRA to be part of the application. It is relevant that the applicant did not identify the PRA as part of the ER but rather chose to state that Section 7 would be revised at some future date to reflect the Comission's currently applicable policy guidance on this matter. It is quite possible that, at that time, the PRA will be incorporated in whole or in part, into the ER. We will be happy to discuss this matter with the applicant prior to his submittal of a revised Section 7 of the ER.
Meanwhile, as noted in ny mmorandum to 5. S. Bajwa dated April 10, 1981, AEB has completed its acceptance review of the ER as tendered by the applicant.
