Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by R. H. Brickley of this office on March 3-6,1981, of your facility at Gaithersburg, Maryland, and to the dis-cussions of our findings with 3. K. Kanga and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an examin-ation of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet the commitments of your Topical Report No. SQ-TCP-1 or NRC requirements.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the Coninission's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter ccgether with the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room.
If this report contains any information that you believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you make a written application within 25 days of the date of this letter to withnold such informction fran public disclosure.
The application must include a full statement of the reasons why it is claimed that the information is proprietary.
The application should be prepared so that proprietary information identified is contained in an enclosure to the application, since the apolication without the enclosure will also be placed in the Public Document Rocm.
If we do not hear frem you in this regard within the specified period, tne report will be placed in the Public Document Rocm.
