REPLY TO INSPECTION REPORT 50-266/81-03 and 50-301/81-03 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT This is in response to your letter dated March 16 transmitting the above-referenced inspection report concerning the physical security inspection conducted by Messrs. J. R. Creed and T. J. Madeda of your office on February 10-13, 1981.
As you indicated in the Notice of Violation, four items appear to be in non-compliance with commitments of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Modified Amended Security Plan.
Item 1 was corrected prior to the completion of the inspection and, as you indicate, no further response is necessary.
Items 2, 3, and 4 are addressed in the enclosure to this letter, including the corrective action taken and results achieved, corrective steps to be taken to avoid further items of non-compliance, and the date when full cornpliance will be achieved.
The subject matter of the enclosure to this letter is considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
