)

Dy petition dated November 21, 1980, the Rockford League of Women Voters requested that the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation take several actions with respect to the Commonwealth Edison Company's Byron Station. Upon consideration of the petition, I have determined, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206, to deny the petition.

Copies of the " Director's Decision Under 10 CFR 2.206" which fully discusses the reasons for this decision are available for inspection in the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.

20555, and in the local public document room at the Bryon Public Library, Third and Washington Streets, Byron, Illinois 61010.

A copy of this decision will also be filed with the Secretary for the Comission's review in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c).
