Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:

PMKreutzer(3)

N RMartin 4

In the Enclosure to our letter dated April 10, 1981, question num er two of Part II, requested that procedures for. modifying CPC addressable constants be referenced in the Technical Sp' sfications.

In response, you indicated that documents describing such methods do not exist, but that such changes are made consistent with the requirements of documents referenced in.the bases to ANO-2 technical specification 2.2.'l.

We believe that the documents indicated in the bases to technical specification 2.2.1 do not provide a complete and current reference for defining modifica-tions to CPC addressable constants. Therefore,w aquest that AP&L Co provide a documnt which describes how addressable :onstants are to be determined and which is suitable for referencing in the bases to the ANO-2 Technical Specifications.

Sincerely, CT!EY& signed by Robert A. Clark Robert A. Clark, Chief Operating Reactors Branch f3 Division of Licensing cc: See next page o"c'E.0RB# :DL,,,,
