dated April 17, 1981 and the "NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO CESG'S REPLY TO APPLICANT'S HOTION FOR LICENSE AUTPnRIZING UP TG 35% RATED POWER OPERATIONS," dated April 17, 1981.
Inadvertently, an Appeal Board certificate of service was used in connection with the first of the above pleadings although actual service on all proper parties was in fact effected. However, to avoid confusion I an serving a correct certificate of service with respect to the NRC Staff's response regarding Applicant's Appendix B cotion on all parties.
