Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of March 2,1981, in response to our letter,
dated February 6,1981, and the attached Notice of Violation. We have
no further questions at this time and we will review your corrective
action during a future inspection.
In regard to your request to allow response time to be related to receipt
of Notices rather than the date of the Notice,10 CFR Part 2.201 specifies
the date of the Notice.
In the event of a late receipt of a Notice by
Gulf States Utilities, please notify this office immediately.
