Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Statiibn' Docket No. 50-219 Revisior. 3 to the Guard Training and Qualification Plan Enclosed is Revision 3 to the Oyster Creek Guard Training and Qualification Plan.
The changes incorporated support Revision 9 to the Oyster Creek Physical Security Plan submitted on January 29, 1981.
Changes made herein have been made in accordancc with 10 CFR 50.54 (p) in that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
Since the Guard Training and Qualification Plan contains informatior,which, if released to the public, would compromise the physical security of the Oyster Creek Station, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that this document be withhheld from public disclosure.
