Enclosed are ten (10) copies of Revision 2 of Drawing 10-F-771 and revised pages 1-1 and 2-1 for inclusion in your copies of our renewal application for Certificate of Compliance #5768 dated September 26. 1980-. The drawing and text have been revised in response to coment 1 of the attachment to your November 18, 1980 letter referenced above. A summary of the revisions is presented in the lower left corner of the drawing; and the revised portion of the text has been highlighted by a vertical line in the right margin in addition to a revised date in the lower right portion of the page.
Also, the types of material used for the inner and outer lids of the container are specified in items.15 and 13, respectively, of the enclosed drawing.
