Dear Mr. MacDonald:
This letter is in response to your letter dated November 18, m
1980 relative to our application dated September 26, 1980 requesting renewal of Certificate of Compliance 5768 for the Model No. 88-250-2 shipping package.
Regarding item #1 of the enclosure to your above-mentioned letter, the requested drawing revisions will be submitted to your office before January 31, 1981. Regarding item #2 of this same enclosure, you are aware that we are presently in discussion with members of your staff to determine the need for additional evaluation.
Following resolution of these items, the information submitted will be in the form of revised pages and drawings to our above-mentioned initial application.
