Dear Mr. Bell:
This letter is in reference to the understandings reached in a meeting held Friday, August 19, 1977 with your staff in which we reviewed these dccuments that Nuclear Engineering Ccmpany, Inc. had reTaested to be withheld frem public in-spection as proprietary in nature (See application for with-holding information frcm public disclcsure dated January 7, 1977 and Augus: 4, 1977).
As a direct result of these dis-cussions we have =cdified our previcus regaests so that only the folicwing material be censidered as proprietary by the NRC.
