2)

The report states (page ~~) that "the investigators conclude that Miller was not aware of :ne 28 PSIG : essure spika on March 28, 1979."

Can :ne investiga:crs ex: lain why this conclusion was reached in the face of tes-imony from Zewe that "I found it so hard to believe that anyone who was in the control room observing anything would have missed that (the spike)" (draft House Report, page 130); from Fredrick that

" Gary Miller was particularly interested in it (the pressure spike)" (draft House Report, page 123); from Ross that "we (he and Miller) looked at it and we said 'jeese the spike was so

'short it must have been an instrument'" (draf t House Report,

. page 130); Mehler that "the majority of people in that room.

.. had to be aware of the pressure spike" (House Report, page 154-E5); and of course the statements by Chwastyk regarding the spike that do not deoend on any par-i:;iar training related to hydrogen.
