In accordance with our letter dated October 24, 1980, in December your Company paid a Class III fee of $4,000 for a September 5,1980 request for exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR Part 25 (Access Authori-zation for License Personnel) and Part 95 (Security Facility Approval and Safeguarding of National Security Information and Restricted Data) as licensee for the Fort St. Vrain facility.
We have completed our final fee analysis of the request, and find that fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 are not currently applicable to this type of request.
Therefore, we are concurrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $4,000 to your Company.
Refunds are generally processed within two weeks.
