,g w ac tien li f ts U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY CoMMI551oN EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with tne Customs Officer or the Postmester two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declaration covering each export end mark one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-totory Gmmission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following dec!cretion should cc-comp any or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports:
