Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Please reference my October 31, 1980, letter in response to your request that Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) voluntarily submit information relative to the environmental qualification tests to be conducted within the next two years on safety-related equipment. Due to the large volume of infomation to be processed and the latc date at which PSI received the letter, it was not possible to respond by November 1, 1980.
During the intervening time PSI has contacted the architect-engineer and various vendors requesting information on environmental qualification of safety-related equipment. Attached is a list that PSI has compiled by using the information currently available to us.
The dates reflected in the attachment are our best estimates at this time and may be subject to change. The following informatien is provided:
1.
Equipment description (type, model, manufacture).
2.
The system where tne equipment is installed.
3.
The test location and schedule.
The cognizant licensee contact for the environmental qualification tests is Mr. T. R. Burns, Project Engineering Manager.
