This is in response to your letter dated December 8,1980, in which you requt.:ted, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all records relatins to potential environmental impacts associated with fuel loading and/or low power testing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
The environmental impact statement (EIS) prepared in relation to full operation encompasses environmental considerations of operation permitted during the low power test program; no separate EIS was prepared with regard to fuel loading and/or low power testing.
The EIS has already been made available for public inspercion and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. You may gain access to the EIS by presenting this letter to the PDR or requesting the EIS filed under the above docket file numbers.
