In response to your letter of November 14, 1980, transmitting IE Bulletin 80-23, Carolina Power & Light Company submits the following response for the BrunswicP Steam Electric Plant.

A thorough review has determined that neither valves nor valve parts manufactured by Valcor Engineering Corporation are in use at the Branswick Plant. The manpower expended for this review and for the required report preparation was sixteen hours.

We trust that this satisfies the requirements of IE BulleG., C0-23.
