This refers to your request dated July 31, 1963, for AEC authorization of Propcsed Change No. 42 in the Technical Specifications of Facility License No. DPR-3 pursuant to the provisions of Section 50.59, 10 CFR

The Proposed Change would provide for permanent modifications of f=
the in-core instrumentation system which would increase the number of operable flux wire positions from eleven to twenty.
