REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - FARLEY UNIT NO. 2 -
REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM (RCS) PRESSURE ISOLATION VALVES Following recent discussions with L. Kintner and the applicant it has been detemined that additional inforation is required to evaluate the adequacy of their leak testing program for RCS pressure isolation valves. Leak testing is required to reduce the probability of an intersystem LOCA caused by the RCS high pressure fluid comunicating with low pressure systems. All pressure isolation valve configurations sh uld be addressed (including event V) by the applicant.
