~ We have completed our review of the "Pnysical Security Plan for the Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Nuclear Fuel Division, Columbia, South Carolina" submitted by your letter of May 15, 1980 and have de-temined that the plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67.
Accordingly, we are amending Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-1107 by adding Section 12 - Physical Protection Requirements for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance - as contained in the enclosure.
Your plan is required to be implemented by Septenter 21, 1980.
We,have determined that the enclosures to your letter dated Pay 15, l
1980 contain infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Ac-cordingly3 they are deemed to ue comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
