Dear Members of the Shoreham Licensing Board:
On August 8, 1980, the Board granted an additional sixty days to SOC, LILCO and NRC Staff for particulariza-tion.
In response to the Board's August 8 Order, the parties have enclosed a JOINT MOTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SCC CONTENTION 6 (a) (i) ANC FOR EXTENSION TO COMPLETE PARTICULARIZATION.
The parties submitting this Motion are in agreement with its terms, but Staff and LILCO will separately sub-mit signed copies of this Motion to the Board within the next few days.
