During steady state operation at 2410 int and performing HNP-2-3001, Reactor High Pressure Instrument Test, pressure switche 2021-fl023C and 2B21-fl023D were found to actuate at 1065 psig inc. The Tech Spec limit per Section 2, Table 2.2.1-1 is 1045 +15.36 psig head correction.

The cause of this event has been attributed to setpoint drift.

The switches, Darksdale flodel B2T-fil2SS, were immediately recalibrated per HflP-2-5279, Barksdale Pressure Switch Calibration, and functionally tested successfully per liflP-2-3001.

Plant operation was not affected as a result of this event.

This is a re-petitive occurrence as last reported on Reportable Occurrence Report fio. 50-366/

1980-122. A generic review revealed no inherent problems.
