Lest there be any confusion concerning your letter of January 10, 1977 and our response to it, dated January 11, 1977, let me make it clear that even though we vehemently disagree with the position you have taken concerning payment for the services of a paralegal and your duplicating staff, we do insist that we be given an opportunity to inspect documents in your possession on January 15, 16 and 17. It is essential that we have that opportunity to inspect the documents in order that we be fully prepared for the reconvened hearings on January 18.
