In accordance with Intervenors' January 5, 1978 "Second Request For Discovery" and subject to the terms and conditions set out in Consumers Power Company's February 6, 1978 response, certain documents are now available for review in our offices.
The documents.are being produced in partial response to Intervenors' requests 1(d), 1(g), and 1(h). -Specifically, they concern (1) energy conservation, particularly'in theLarea of alternative rate design, relating
-to the service areas of'the Company and other utilities; '(2) electric sales and demand. forecasting for the service areas of the Company and other utilities, but not including documents specifically relating.to the recently adopted'long-term sales forecast noted by my-January 31, 1978' letter; (3) economic predictions as they relate to electric sales fore-casting.and energy conservation; and (4)-the long-term generation expansion plans of the Company.
