This letter responds to your May 11, 1981 request for remittance of a Class II fee based on the NRC staff review of our February 12, 1981 request for extension from the Appendix R schedule.
In accordance with your May 11, 1981 letter and 10 CFR 5170.22, enclosed is a check for $1200, which the Authority pays under protest pending a final determination of the legality of the fee schedule.
