We have received a copy of your application dated February 12, 1981, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
The application requested approval of an extension of the completion date for an automatic C02 Suppression System at Indian Point Unit No. 3.
A fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 was not remitted with your application. Our records show that on February 13, 1981, the ONRR staff completed their review of this application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that this application involved review of an administrative nature. Therefore, a Class II fee of
