),y Centlec.e u TSis refers to the telephone conversation on June 3, 1981, in which Mr. R. E. Shimshak of your staff and Mr. L. R. Greger of this office discussed the high levels of removable contamination measured on the surface of the 'iAC-lD cask on its arrival at LACBWR on June 2, 1981.
It is our understanding that you will not release the cask from your f acility until neasures have been taken, acceptable to representatives of this of fice, that 1111 assure contamination levels during transit do not e>.ceed DOT limits.
