Dear Mr. Denton:
Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut's letter of February 25, 1981 (Generic Letter 81-04) re-quested an assessment of the existing or planned facility procedures and training programs with respect to several items related to loss of all AC power. Duke Power Company is participating in the program outlined in Westinghouse Owners' Group letter OG-56, dated April 9, 1981.
Since the Loss of all AC Power guideline will not be available from the Westing-house Owners Group until September, 1981, all of the actions specified in Generic Letter 81-04 will not be fully implemented by August 25, 1981 (six months after date of Generic Letter 81-04). The current schedule for implementing these actions is six weeks after the Owners Group training seminar or about November 13, 1981.
