t Our City Council is vitally interested in the matter concerning the possible reactivation of the test reactor at G.
E.'s Vallecitos plant located here in the Livermore-Amador Valley area.
Therefore, pursuant to Section 2.715(a), of the N.R.C.'s Rules and Practices, I therefore request approval to make a limited appearance to express the views of our City at a public hearing which will be held on 11ay 27, 1981, on this matter.,
