NOTIFICATION OF APPENDIX R TV 10 CFR PART 50 AS A LICENSING REQUIREMENT Appendix R to 10 CFR Part 50 will also be used as guidance for our review of your fire protection program. Your compliance with the requirements set forth in Appendix R as modified by accepted exceptions will be made a license condition.
Identify any exceptions your program takes to the require-ments of Appendix R as well as STP ASB 9.5-1, and describe your alternative for providing an equivalent level of fire protection.
