Dear Mr. Abel:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos. 64 and 61 to Facility Oparating License Nos. OPR-39 and DPR-48 for the Zion Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2.
The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated October 22, 1979, as supplemented on January 8,1980, April 10 and May 5,1981.
These amendments revise the Technical Specification limits for total nu-clear peaking factor (F i for Zion Units 1 and 2 under base load and load 0
follow modes of operati,n.
