Dear Dr. Brugger:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.14 to Facility Operating 1icense No. R-103 for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) in response to your requests dated Decenter 15, 1980 and March 3, 1981.
The amendment changes the definitions of " Reactor Secured", item 1.20, Appendix A, of the Technical Specifications of your facility license.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
