I am sorry for the misunderstanding in my letter dated December 8, 1980.
In regards to your letter dated January 21, 1981, and your enclosed document titles "10 C.F.R. Part 71 QA Program for Industrial Radiography Licensees" dated March 27, 1980, you will find a copy enclosed of our Quality Assurance Program.
Thank you for the copy of the format (Q.A. Pro-gram) that you have enclosed.
It really was simple to follow and made it much easier for us to write a Quality
- Assurance Program in accordance with 10C.F.R. Part 71.
