Gentlemen:
Application and "Procedurec" for byproduct material License - USE of Sealed Sources in Radiography, submitted by C & R LABORATORIES on September 29, 1979 and approved on License #53-1917 9-01 (On March 21, 1980), should cover all activities in accordance with 10CFR Part 71.
Items covered in C & R LABORATORIES approved procedures are as follows:
