Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 Gentlemen:
Cn April 15, 1981, we received "CESG's Motion For An Extension Of Time To File Findings Of Fact And Conclusions Of Law" dated April 6,1981.
CESG's motion requests a ten day extension of time for filing its proposed findings in the reopened proceeding regarding hydrogen control matters. CESG's proposed firdings were due on April 13,1981 (Tr. 5256).
Since CESG filed its proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law on April 14, 1981, we believe that a formal response to CESG's request for an extension of time is unnecessary.
