the appearance of Demetrias L. Basdekas of the NRC Staff as a witness in this proceeding was discussed again. As a result of tnat discussion, Mr. Basdekas was asked by Mr. Tourtellotte to respond in writing to two questions. The questier.3 and Mr. Basdekas responses are set forth in a Memorandum from Mr. Basdekas to 4r. Tourtellotte dated April 7,1981, entitled, "TMI-l Restart ASLB Hearing." A copy of that memorandum is enclosed.
